Body Kit is a holistic approach to personal training, blending fitness + wellness to help you feel strong, grounded, and at home in your body


We all know how easy it is to fall back into old patterns, even when we’ve committed to change.

Body Kit supports you in reshaping those patterns; moving beyond self-limiting beliefs and into a more embodied, sustainable way of living, not just training.

Training without a plan or without support from our nervous system can make us feel overwhelmed, tired, and even stressed. This is especially true for women like us who juggle busy lives, home, work, and business.

I know this place well.

Exhausted. Burnt out. Still pushing hard.

Strong + capable on the outside, but disconnected + disembodied.


Everything feels more stressful, harder to manage and eventually, we fall off, not from lack of discipline, but from overload.

Over time, this doesn’t just affect the body, it affects how we carry ourselves through life through the body → into the mind → soul.

Before you begin,

Inhale slowly through the nose,

then deep exhale through the mouth.

As you breathe,

gently repeat the word Ease 3x

Ease… ease… eaaase

Notice how that feels…

This is self-regulation. This is the feeling we’re here to cultivate.
